All orders are processed through PayPal (A Leader in Secure Online Payment Processing), which is my preferred method of payment. If you would like to pay with a money order or check, I will accept them. Please check below regarding check payments. All PayPal orders are given preference over orders paid by a money order. I have no way of knowing you want to pay with a money order until I receive your e-mail, and in that time someone paying with PayPal could still purchase the item you're interested in. You DO NOT have to sign up with PayPal to use their services and it's FREE. PayPal is a safe secure way to pay for items over the Internet. You know it is secure when the site begins with not the normal the "s" in there means it is a secure connection and all your personal information is encrypted.
All purchases are shipped insured. We will always attempt to give you the lowest shipping price so usually we go with first class. Larger orders will be sent priority. If you would like priority, please let us know.
Payment is expected within 10-days of your order. I accept Paypal and money orders for shipment the Saturday after receipt of payment. Personal checks have a 10-day hold from date of deposit. Returned checks have a $25.00 fee. We offer layaway.(See below for our terms)
We have a 100% satisfaction policy! Our first priority is that you are happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully.
Returns are accepted for a full refund of the purchase price (we do not refund shipping/insurance) Notify us within two days by email after receipt of your purchase in order to get an authorization to return. We do not accept returns without an authorization. We must receive the returned item within one week from your notification email. The item must insured. Refunds will be issued after we have determined that the items were in the same condition as they were when we shipped. Returns that do not follow this policy will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL SALES: Shipping costs out of the US can be expensive. I prefer Paypal for international orders, but will accept international money orders and checks drawn on a US bank. The majority of the time I will ship Global Priority. Please ask for shipping costs before completing your order. I will not mark the customs form as a gift; vintage jewelry is declared as "used accessory" to avoid its being assessed as fine jewelry. Check your customs regulations so you know what to expect.
LAYAWAY: Layaway terms are a non-refundable deposit of one-third of the total price of your order within 10 days. The balance is due within 60 days of your order, payable in one or two installments. We do not accept returns on layaways. Minimum purchase for layaway is $100.
SALES TAX: A 6% sales tax is applicable for Florida residents
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must notify us immediately. My insurance carrier may want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
APPRAISALS: We do not offer an appraisal service. Questions about values of your vintage items will not be answered. We are always interested in purchasing vintage jewelry. Please contact us via email and please be prepared to provide photos and your asking price. We do not make offers.
