Vintage San Francisco Tile Trivet Oriental Metal Frame (EE106)
Colorful ceramic trivet with San Francisco scene set in a pagoda theme metal frame. Frame is marked Japan and has a paper tag with CDGC Hand Decorated. Tile marked Made in Japan with a manufacturer's mark FM. The frame could use a clean up although it's very funky the way it is. 4 metal feet, two of which are missing their rubber tops. Well they're not really toothpicks, more like h'or d'oeuvre (appetizers) picks and they are quite charming with the Southwestern themed tops. 9 are marked Sterling and/or 925; the big one with the inset abalone is marked Alpaca.
